Legacy House' is located at 135 Church Street in Stratford. The rooms are decorated based on an 'artistic dreams' theme including Theatre, Painting, Music and Writing.Gourmet breakfast is served in the grand dining and living room on the main floor. It includes elaborate wooden trims, high ceilings, original crown mouldings in the grand living and dining room as well as the entrance hallway and more.The house interior décor has been recently changed to reflect the host's love for the arts. Over the years interior renovations have brought the amenities up to date while preserving several original features and the house's inherent charm. Its exterior features include decorative brick details, high windows, overhanging eaves and period wooden bracket trim. This is a prime residential area of Stratford and a short walking distance from downtown Stratford, theatres, shops and restaurants.The house was given a Heritage Designation in 1988 under the Ontario Heritage Act of 1974. This room is also available for our guests' relaxation and conversation.
